​Sandra Wilkerson serves as Board Secretary for Travis Credit Union’s Community Financial Wellness Fund (“TCU Foundation”). She is a native of Connecticut, where she attended the University of Connecticut and received her BA degree in Political Science. During college, she tutored and mentored inner city youths. After graduation, she served as a member of the Board of Directors of G.W. Carver Community Center in Norwalk, CT.

Ms. Wilkerson then relocated to Georgia where she obtained her Paralegal Certificate. As a Paralegal, Ms. Wilkerson has worked in many different legal areas within the public and private sectors.
In 2011, Ms. Wilkerson relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area from Ohio. She is currently employed with the City of San Francisco, CA.
