Karim Zelenka began his career on the East Coast with Catholic Relief Services, where he worked in both development and internal audit, enabling him to travel and live in West Africa and Eastern Europe. 

He then supported the Principal Gifts team at the Johns Hopkins University before joining the Development and Alumni Relations team at the University of California Davis. 

Karim now serves as the Director of Development for the Travis Credit Union Foundation where he develops non-profit programming around financial literacy and raises support for these initiatives. 

Karim holds an MBA from California State University Sacramento and a B.A. in International Relations from the American University in Washington D.C.
