Jesse Leavitt joined the Travis Credit Union Foundation Board as Treasurer in 2023 to uplift financial literacy programming in Northern California and manage the foundation’s financial reporting.
 
Jesse serves as Vice President of Finance for the Travis Credit Union. He is responsible for the finance department, budgeting and forecasting, profitability, and balance sheet management. Most recently, Jesse was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Westamerica Bancorporation, and its subsidiaries, a $7.5 billion NASDAQ listed financial holding company. Prior to that, Jesse was a Senior Manager/ Assistant Controller at Golden 1 Credit Union and an Examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
 
He earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University. Jesse is a licensed CPA in California.
